In 2018, I took my commitment to coaching to the next level by formalising my executive coaching credentials. I completed a year of intensive studies at the prestigious Hult Business School, where I earned my accreditation through their Post Graduate Executive Coaching Programme. Coupled with my hands-on in role experiences, this rigorous qualification programme has equipped me with the skills and knowledge needed to be a highly effective executive coach.
In addition to my coaching qualifications, I am also accredited in multiple psychometric assessments, such as Clifton Strengths, MBTI, Facet 5 and DiSC. I often incorporate these assessments into my coaching process to help individuals gain a better understanding of their unique style, strengths, and overall impact.
